Building Team Performance
Effective teams work together towards a common goal. In this course the participant examined real-world team dynamics, focusing on the leader’s role in creating and nurturing a performance based culture. Using practical tools to set team goals, establish performance measures and work collaboratively, the participant learned how to effectively coach and develop results-driven team members.
