Today's workplaces are more complex, dynamic and high-pressured than ever before. In this fast-paced environment, it is critical all employees develop the skills to effectively manage the ebbs and flows of workplace pressure. In this highly-interactive course, Participants are given the tools and strategies to be emotionally resilient to stress, change at work and to life’s challenges in general. They will have gained the ability to remain positive and productive in the workplace, regardless of the demands and changes faced.
