Tyro Leader

To earn the Tyro Leader Credential, participants will have completed 8 AIM tailored short courses over a period of 12 months. The Credential gives participants the skill set to effectively apply leadership qualities through mindfulness, resilience, emotional intelligence, and change management. Earning the Tyro Leader Credential helps individuals discover how to engage employees, create meaningful relationships and leverage diversity in the workplace to uplift the business as a whole.
