Frontline Leadership

This short course explored the critical success factors required, and included how to adapt the participant’s approach to suit different situations and team needs. The participant learned how to translate organisational vision into goals that motivate and inspire their team, and discovered the positive impact of involving team members in a collaborative decision-making process.
