User Experience (UX) Essentials

Victoria Gaczewska

Effective UX design begins with understanding your users and making decisions guided by their needs, behaviours, and expectations.

The User Experience (UX) Essentials short course equips participants with the foundational knowledge and practical skills to design intuitive, user-focused digital experiences. Through hands-on activities and real-world applications, participants learn to apply the UX process from ideation to low-fidelity prototyping, create meaningful user personas, and evaluate the usability of digital interfaces.
