This course offers an overview of the tools, techniques and resources needed to plan, develop and implement projects. Covering the phases of the project life-cycle, participants will have gained insight into project planning, budget preparation, stakeholder management, schedule management and project closure and review They will have everything needed to successfully contribute to workplace projects.
Skills / Knowledge
- Define a project’s scope while clarifying the relationship to your organisation's objectives as well as the links to available resources
- Develop a project plan by leveraging appropriate project management tools and formulating risk management and contingency plans
- Take action to ensure project team members are clear about their responsibilities while providing support to ensure quality outcomes and documented time lines are met
- Review project outcomes and document any lessons learned
