Government Writing for Impact

Public sector officers are much more impactful in their writing when communicating clearly and concisely. In an increasingly digitally-based world, communicating complex ideas and arguments effectively is critical. The Government Writing for Impact course takes participants through the process of constructing clear, effective and persuasive documents. On completion they will have learnt; How to structure documents to communicate more effectively; Strategies that can be used to influence readers; How to target messaging to intended audiences.
