Mindful Leader

Practicing mindfulness helps to break unhealthy patterns of behaviour. It also allows leaders to gain self-awareness and self-authenticity as they pause, reflect, and course-correct when needed.

The Mindful Leader one-day short course provides leaders with practical mindfulness techniques to drive deliberate thinking, influence and creativity with clarity and compassion. Leaders will build self-mastery techniques to maintain focus by navigating workplace challenges with composure.
