Applying Strategic Thinking

Thinking strategically is a key capability for anyone that has managerial or executive responsibilities. The challenge is moving from the specifics of day-to-day operational service delivery to the much bigger picture overview required in the strategic dimension of work. In this program participants explore the concept of strategic thinking from a number of different perspectives, demonstrating that strategic thinking plays a far greater role in our individual success and effectiveness than is commonly acknowledged. The program provides students with a wide range of practical tools and techniques that they can take back to their workplaces and use to help themselves and their teams be more strategic and develop more effective long-term strategies.
