Solve and Innovate using Switch Thinking

In both our personal and professional lives, most of us tend to get locked in to one particular way of thinking. This feels efficient and comfortable, but when it becomes our default mode of solving problems or generating new ideas, we are less adaptable, and in a world that is constantly changing we are more effective when we can change our thinking to suit the current situation or challenge. Participants in this course will have learnt approaches to switch thinking, and help others to do so thus helping them become a more creative, flexible, and higher impact performer.
