Psychological Safety at Work

The Psychological Safety at Work course equips students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset essential for fostering psychological safety in the modern workplace. By emphasising the creation of an inclusive environment that promotes a sense of safety, appreciation, and active participation, students delve into a variety of strategies aimed at enhancing individual wellbeing, team cohesion and overall organisational success. This course is designed to empower participants with the skills to adeptly navigate the unique challenges and barriers related to psychological well-being within diverse organisations.
