Leading with Impact

Specifically designed for Public Sector leaders, this 2-day program is aimed at those who have already gained some practical leadership experience. Participants will use their previous experience as a basis upon which to establish even more effective leadership behaviours. This is achieved by focusing participants’ locus of influence outwards on their direct reports, colleagues and their own managers. Focus areas include understanding and developing emotional intelligence, strategies to embed a high-performance culture in the workplace and applying appropriate leadership styles to increase the performance of teams. Participants will consider how leaders impact performance, culture, capability, motivation and levels of support to get the best out of their people and practical strategies approaches to bring that impact back into the workplace.
