From Strategic business partner to Compliance lead, Policy developer and Talent manager, the role of an HR professional in today’s dynamic business environment continues to expand and grow in complexity. Given the challenges for the HR Lead role in relation to broader organisational strategy, e.g. sustainability, workforce planning for digital transformation, new product lines, etc. there is a need to develop stronger cross-functional business acumen.
AIM’s non-accredited Mini MBA for HR enables the development of a business skill set in a targeted, efficient, and practical setting. It is delivered in a blended model of online and on-campus study. Consisting of six online modules – Leadership, Strategy, Customers, Numbers, Change, and Action it creates an immersive and practical learning journey which builds knowledge in accessible stages. After completing the online learning, a two-day workshop enables students to practise using the skills and tools and build experience. The workshop uses interactive activities designed to consider a number of pressing HR challenges, including workforce planning, presenting a business case and strategic transformation.
*Please note that the Mini MBA for HR is not accredited or recognised by the Australian Qualifications Framework.
